DOHART was built for the artists who are too busy creating, to navigate the infrastructure of the business: Contracts, negotiations, institutional relationships… the fine print that determines whether a career scales or stalls. DOHART was founded by Stacy Fritzler when, after quitting her job at a prestigious law firm in Argentina, and spending some time in New York City, she started asking herself the question: If musicians, athletes and actors have people that take care of the business side of their careers while they do the creative part, why don’t visual artists also have someone to take care of that part?
The observation was simple and consequential. What artists need isn’t just gallery representation, but someone who can negotiate contracts, prospect collectors, manage institutional relationships, and position them in the market, while they focus on creating.
With more than 10 years of experience and a Masters in Criminal Law, her legal background gave her something rare in the art world: the ability to sit across a table from an institution, a collector, or a fair director and communicate with precision - protecting the artist's rights, structuring their career, and securing the long-term conditions their work deserves.
She founded DOHART from that conviction. That artists deserve exceptional representation - rigorous, international, and entirely dedicated to one thing: Letting them CREATE.
The agency designs and oversees the full professional development of the artists it represents - career structuring, strategic positioning, contract negotiation, end-to-end exhibition management, art fair placement, press, and access to collector networks across multiple cities.
