Bubby’s Art | Social
September 2025, Mriya Gallery
Bubby's ART | SOCIAL was Stacy’s first end-to-end production - a group exhibition conceived at the intersection of contemporary painting, cultural diversity, and community in the heart of Tribeca, New York.
The show brought together five artists whose work spans continents and disciplines: Ron Silver (New York), Jacob Vilato (Spain), Dave Ortiz (New York), The Twins (Hawaii), and Christylee Ascolese (New York). Each artist brought a distinct cultural perspective and visual language to a single, immersive space, and the result was a show that felt less like a traditional opening and more like a living, breathing cultural event.
DOHART handled every aspect of the production from the ground up: coordinating the international logistics of transporting works safely from Hawaii and Spain, designing the spatial layout and mock-up of the exhibition space, managing catering coordination with Bubby's kitchen, producing the exhibition catalog, and hiring and overseeing all event staff including DJ and security. The evening was further elevated by wines curated by Adrian Chalk, perfume experiences by Clive Christian, and cannabis-infused drinks by Azuca - weaving together art, scent, sound, and taste into one seamless experience across two nights.
